We have a team of highly-skilled graphic designers. Our Account Managers, who are responsible for the overall project management, all have a graphic design training and an extensive knowledge of the entire process from design to finished packaging.
Most of our assignments are produced on Macintosh in the packaging program ArtPro. However, we also work in general Adobe programs, such as Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
Images are processed by a separate working group. Assignments are colour retouched using profile control for precisely the type of printing equipment the assignment is to be printed on. Assignments are then produced by a graphic designer in the group, taking customer specifications and any special requirements into account. Colour print, FlexoProof or PDF files can be produced for proofing. After approval, we produce the photopolymer plates on our CDI system from EskoArtwork or Kodak Flexcel NX plates.
We can receive assignments created in any standard program, on any media, by email or FTP. Customers can also choose to upload data to our WebFlex database. All files used in the production of plates are archived. This means that we can always quickly produce a new plate if the old plate is worn or unserviceable for any other reason.
