Reproflex Scandinavia A/S join partnership with Repro & Design ApS
The market leading prepress and flexo plate supplier Reproflex Scandinavia A/S has acquired Repro &
Design ApS. The owners and management of Repro & Design, Camilla Ryberg and Jesper Haagen, will
continue in their current roles and become co-owners of Reproflex Scandinavia A/S.
The demand for advanced packaging continues to grow and packaging is an increasingly important part
of a product – both from a branding perspective and as medium for communication of critical
information. Therefore, advanced handling of data and flexo plates, combined with professional support
to printers are more important than ever.
Reproflex Scandinavia is a professional supplier of high quality data, artwork, and digitally produced
printing plates to large packaging producing companies in Europe. During the past 6 years, the company
has experienced solid growth and an increasing customer base. Similarly, Repro & Design have had a
solid performance, and is a trusted supplier of prepress work and printing plates to the label and
packaging industry. The two companies have collaborated informally for several years. It has now been
decided to formalize the collaboration via a transaction where Reproflex Scandinavia acquire Repro &
Design. The owners of Repro & Design now become co-owners of Reproflex Scandinavia.
