Reproflex Scandinavia A/S enter partnership with Reprocentret A/S
The market leading prepress and flexo plate supplier Reproflex Scandinavia A/S has acquired Reprocentret A/S. The owners and management of Reprocentret, Thomas Christensen, Lars Møller and Ib Andersen, will continue in their current roles and become co-owners of Reproflex Scandinavia A/S.
The demand for advanced packaging continues to grow and packaging is an increasingly important part of a product – both from a branding perspective and as medium for communication of critical information. Therefore, advanced handling of data and flexo plates, combined with professional support are more important than ever.
Reproflex Scandinavia is a professional supplier of high quality data, artwork, and digitally produced printing plates to large packaging and label producing companies. During the last 7 years, the company has experienced solid growth and an increasing customer base. Similarly, Reprocentret is a trusted supplier of prepress work and printing plates with a strong orientation towards innovation, most recently adding new technology from Esko Graphics. The two companies complement each other strongly, and it has now been decided to formalize a collaboration via a transaction where Reproflex Scandinavia acquire Reprocentret.

Both companies will operate under the name Reproflex Scandinavia going forward and covers the entire value chain from design, photo, artwork, design, prepress, proofing, color management and flexo plate production. The company offers customized flexo solutions, including Kodak NX, ESKO Full HD, Flexo Sleeves and advanced solutions based on Extended Gamut Printing. The entire group continues operations and more than 80 employees across the three existing locations.
